5. Intellectual property

We may showcase non-confidential project work in our portfolio unless restricted by contract.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential business and project information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Third-party tools
Our work may involve third-party platforms such as cloud hosts, CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce), app stores, analytics tools, or payment gateways. Their terms and fees are your responsibility unless explicitly included in our scope.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Indian law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue caused by third-party outages or delayed client inputs.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project agreement or our Cancellation and Refund Policy. You remain responsible for payment of completed work and approved expenses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any arbitration clause in a signed project contract.
